Shipping is free for all US customers. For our international customers it will be $30.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY FRAMES?
Lookers frames are shipped within 3 business day of your order. Please allow time to receive. If you wish to receive your frames earlier, please contact our Customer Center on the CONTACT page.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We have a 14 day, (without having any lenses installed) no-questions-asked return policy. You may send the frames back to us and provide our Customer Center on the CONTACT page with the delivery confirmation number. Your refund will be processed within 48 hours based on the original form of payment.
